We have a 14 day return policy for UK consumer orders. If you wish to return an item you must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the item. Once the return has been authorised by us, the item must be returned within the next 14 days in the same condition it was sent.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the returner. We strongly advise that the items are sent back using a fully tracked and insured service.
Refunds are usually processed within five working days from receiving the item back. If you wish to return an item, please email us first before returning the item.

If an order is returned to sender we reserve the right to recover our handling costs.
In cases of payment disputes we reserve the right to recover our costs associated with dealing with such matters. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
